The purpose of "Lancaster Meetup for Barack Obama, 2008" is to organize all Lancastrians who believe the Senator is the best candidate to become President of the United States. We welcome anyone in Central Pennsylvania (Lancaster, Harrisburg, York, Reading, Chester and other surrounding areas) to join our group. The Obama camp has provided private citizens like ourselves the opportunity to get directly involved in the campaign, and all members are enthusiastic about the 2008 election year. We will work to register voters, raise funds, and convince Pennsylvanians that Senator Obama should be our next president.
